Cu107是以纯铜为焊芯,低氢型药皮的纯铜焊条。力学性能较好,对大气和海水有良好的耐蚀性。紫铜焊接用,不宜焊接含氧铜及电解铜。采用直流电源,焊条接正极(直流反接)。
Cu107 is a pure copper electrode with pure copper as the core and low-hydrogen coating. It has good mechanical properties and good corrosion resistance to the atmosphere and sea water. For red copper welding, it is not suitable for welding oxygen-containing copper and electrolytic copper. Using DC power supply, the electrode is connected to the positive pole (DC reverse connection).
主要用来焊接导电铜排,铜制热交换器,船舶用的海水导管等铜构件,也可用于耐海水腐蚀的碳钢零件的堆焊。
It is mainly used for welding conductive copper bars, copper heat exchangers, seawater pipes for ships and other copper components. It can also be used for surfacing welding of seawater corrosion-resistant carbon steel parts.

1. 焊前焊条须在200℃左右烘焙1h。焊件表面的水份、油污、氧化物等杂质必须清除。
2. 由于铜的导热性,被焊母材的预热温度一般比较高,通常在500℃以上。焊接电流的大小应与母材的预热温度相适应。施焊时宜采用垂直短弧、快速,可作往复直线运动,以改善焊缝的成形。
3. 对于较长的焊缝应采用逐步退焊法,焊接速度应尽可能快。多层焊时必须彻底清除层间的熔渣。焊后用平头锤锤击焊缝,消除应力,改善焊缝质量。
1. The electrode must be baked at about 200℃ for 1h before welding. Impurities such as moisture, oil stains and oxides on the surface of the weldment must be removed.
2. Due to the thermal conductivity of copper, the preheating temperature of the base material to be welded is generally higher, usually above 500°C. The size of the welding current should be compatible with the preheating temperature of the base metal. It is advisable to use a vertical short arc, fast, and reciprocating linear motion when welding to improve the shape of the weld.
3. For longer welds, the gradual back welding method should be used, and the welding speed should be as fast as possible. During multi-layer welding, the slag between the layers must be completely removed. After welding, hammer the weld with a flat-head hammer to eliminate stress and improve the quality of the weld.
