Cu207 is a silicon bronze welding core, and the coating is a low-hydrogen copper alloy electrode. It has good mechanical properties and has good corrosion resistance to inorganic acids other than nitric acid, most organic acids and sea water. 适用于铜、硅青铜及黄铜的焊接,以及化工机械,管道等内衬的堆焊。
It is suitable for welding copper, silicon bronze and brass, as well as surfacing welding of chemical machinery, pipelines and other linings.

1. 焊前焊条须经200℃烘焙一至二小时。
2. 焊件表面的水分、油污、氧化物等杂质必须清除干净,方可施焊。
3. 焊接硅青铜或在钢上堆焊时,不需预热,焊接纯铜预热温度约为450℃,焊接黄铜预热温度约为300℃。
4. 焊接时宜短弧,多层焊时必须彻底清除层间的熔渣。焊后即用平头锤锤击焊缝,可细化晶粒、消除应力,提高焊缝的强度及塑性。
1. The electrode must be baked at 200°C for one to two hours before welding.
2. Impurities such as moisture, oil stains and oxides on the surface of the weldment must be removed before welding.
3. When welding silicon bronze or surfacing on steel, preheating is not required. The preheating temperature for welding pure copper is about 450℃, and the preheating temperature for welding brass is about 300℃.
4. Short arc should be used during welding, and the slag between layers must be completely removed during multi-layer welding. After welding, hammer the weld with a flat-head hammer to refine the crystal grains, eliminate stress, and improve the strength and plasticity of the weld.
