Cu227是以锡磷青铜为焊芯,药皮为低氢型的铜合金焊条。有一定的强度、良好的塑性、耐冲击性、耐磨性及耐蚀性能。其特点是焊接工艺性能良好,通用性大。采用直流电源,焊条接正极(直流反接)。
Cu227 is a copper alloy electrode with tin-phosphorus bronze as the core and low-hydrogen type copper alloy coating. It has certain strength, good plasticity, impact resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. It is characterized by good welding process performance and great versatility. Using DC power supply, the electrode is connected to the positive pole (DC reverse connection).
In addition to welding pure copper, brass, phosphor bronze equivalent and dissimilar metals, it can also be widely used for surfacing phosphor bronze bushings, ship propeller blades, etc., and can also be used for welding repair and surfacing of cast iron.

1. 焊前焊条须经200℃烘焙一小时。
2. 焊件表面的水分、油污、氧化物等杂质必须清除干净,方可施焊。
3. 焊前预热温度,磷青铜为150~250℃,纯铜约为450℃,碳钢约为200℃。
4. 焊接时宜短。嗖愫甘北匦氤沟浊宄慵涞娜墼。焊后即用平头锤锤击焊缝,细化晶粒,消除应力。
1. The electrode must be baked at 200°C for one hour before welding.
2. Impurities such as moisture, oil stains and oxides on the surface of the weldment must be removed before welding.
3. The preheating temperature before welding is 150~250℃ for phosphor bronze, 450℃ for pure copper, and 200℃ for carbon steel.
4. Short arc should be used during welding, and the slag between layers must be completely removed during multi-layer welding. After welding, use a flat-head hammer to hammer the weld to refine the grains and eliminate stress.
