Cu237是以铝铁青铜为焊芯,药皮为低氢型的铜合金焊条。具有高的强度、耐磨及耐蚀性能优良。采用直流电源,焊条接正极(直流反接)。电弧稳定,操作方便。
Cu237 is a copper alloy electrode with aluminum iron bronze as the welding core and low-hydrogen type copper alloy coating. It has high strength, excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Using DC power supply, the electrode is connected to the positive pole (DC reverse connection). The arc is stable and easy to operate.
广泛应用于铝青铜、其它铜合金、铜合金与钢的焊接和铸铁的焊补。如各种化工机械、海水散热器、阀门的焊接,水泵、汽缸等堆焊及船舶螺旋桨的修补。
It is widely used in welding of aluminum bronze, other copper alloys, copper alloy and steel, and welding repair of cast iron. Such as the welding of various chemical machinery, seawater radiators, valves, surfacing welding of water pumps, cylinders, etc., and the repair of ship propellers.

1. 焊前焊条须经200℃烘焙一小时。
2. 焊件表面的水分、油污、氧化物等杂质必须清除干净。
3. 铝青铜的焊接和碳钢的堆焊时,薄件不需预热,厚件须预热约 200℃左右。

3. When welding aluminum bronze and surfacing welding of carbon steel, thin parts do not need to be preheated, and thick parts must be preheated at about 200°C.
