The metallographic structure is austenite and eutectic.

1. 焊前焊条须经150℃烘焙一小时。
2. 为了避免产生裂缝,根据工件大小和母材种类,须经过200~400℃的预热。并宜采用小电流短弧焊接。焊后应将工件立即放入干燥和预热的砂缸或草灰中缓冷。
3. 由于电弧焊的温度较气焊高,故稀释率也较气焊大,因此一般只在难于进行气焊或为提高焊接效率时才考虑电弧焊。
